Funny Little Man!

Matty cracks me up everyday. He is such a little clown. Lately he has been sneaking up and stealing Abby's binky. I thought you crazy kid why are you doing this. And then I saw he is cutting his last 2 year old molar. It is to funny because he thinks I don't see him and he will come over by me and take it and run. He also lately has been trying his hardest not to take naps. So he will keep moving but when he finally gets still you see his eyes start to fall and he can't keep them open. There are many times he is laughing at himself trying to keep his eyes open as he falls asleep.

Here is Matty with the Binky he stole and sitting in the Bumbo chair. Both are Abby's and he is not suppose to be in the chair or have the Binky.

Matty thought he could stay awake by playing video games with his Dad. As you can tell he couldn't make it to the end of the game!!!

Disneyland in August

This month has been pretty low key. My nephew Bryon came down with his Mom and brother to go to Disneyland. So we went and meet up with them to visit Bryon and enjoy Disneyland. Here are some pictures from our fun days at Disneyland!!!

Matty, Andy, and Dale. If you notice Matty is looks like he is ducking he does this by all the charcters when he is right next to them. Put him on the other side he is just fine. So we have lots of pictures with him like this.
Matty with Chip. I was able to get one picture of him not ducking.

Lil Bryon and Goofy!

Minne, Matty, and Me. Matty has no problem with Minnie as long as I am between him and Minnie.

Abby was eating and Minnie saw her and went right over to her. We had to prop up the bottle because Abby wanted to see Minnie but didn't want to stop eating.

Bryon, Andy and Matty on the caterpillar ride in CA Adventures. Matty loved the ride but it was a little slow for Bryon.

Abby smiling for her Daddy.

Abby getting kisses from Daddy!

Matty playing shy! He was really tired at this point. He had no nap and didn't want to take any pictures.

Everyone watching the Pixar parade.

Me and Abby. This was the first time we turned Abby around in the carrier. She is still a little short for it but loved looking forward and seeing all that was around in front of her.

Ice Cream Quiz

So I was on Tiffany's blog and decided to take the ice cream quiz. And this what the results said:
You embody the perfect blend of sweetness and seduction. You personality is just as luscious and irresistible as chocolate ice cream. You have a flirty, melty attitude that's easygoing and delicious. You appreciate luxurious, extravagant things, like the way ultra-soft fabrics feel against your skin. Some people want to hog you all to themselves, but you find ways to make everyone feel special.

Birthday Party in Fallbrook

Today we packed up the kids and headed to Fallbrook. Andy's friend from when he was a kid little boy was having a carnival birthday party!!! It was so much fun and it was great to see them and visit. We all had a great time and I don't think Matty sat still more than a minute. He was out for the count by the time we got home and we just layed in him in bed and he didn't even move he was so so tired from a fun filled day.

The Corona's
The Birthday boy and his family.

The Cake!!! Everyone's favorite food!!!!

Matty trying to hit the pinata. This birthday boy at 2!!! What a lucky guy!

Rick was so nice to be the person to get many cream pies in the face. The kids had a blast. It took the kids a few minutes to realize they weren't going to get in trouble for throwing the pies.

Sprinkler Fun

Bean Bag Toss

Matty on the swing. He loved that they had a big wood swing set with a tall slide.

No day would be complete without some video games!!! This is Matty and Mando(the birthday boy) playing Mario Cart.

2 1/2 Weeks Left

Ok!!! Since the doctor put me on bed rest in December I have been a stay at home Mom. Even though I was down on the couch a good portion of the time it has been great to stay at home with Matty until Abby came. It has been so great and I have loved every minute of it. And then in May Abby was born and I was at home with the two of them and it has been great. We have gone to several playdates at the park, gone and had lunch with Daddy, visit family, Gwen came and visited, spent time at Disneyland and the beach, and just had fun together. I was looking at the calander and thought I can't believe I have to go back to teaching in 2 1/2 weeks. It makes me sad that I won't get to spend the whole day with my two babies. I will miss them so much. I can't believe that I have been off 10 months(thank goodness with most of my pay). I wish I could stay home but I know I have to work. I am blessed that I have all holidays off, 3 weeks at christmas, spring break, all summer, and I only work until 2:30. Still if we could afford it I would stay home. Maybe one day but at least I am thankful I listened to promptings to be a teacher so that I am not away as much as if I worked 8-5 job. Where does the time go???????

Mama Mia

Ok it has been a long long time since I have been to the movies. Since having Matty and being on bed rest with him and then the same with Abby. I really couldn't go to the movies. So Tina and I decided to go and invite some of the other girls from the ward to go. So it was Tina, Melissa, Dani, Lori, and I. We had a blast. It felt strange to be out without the kids but it was great to get to talk and hang out with the girls. We are plan on trying to get out at least once a month to do something for us. I can't wait to hang out again it was a blast!!!
