Today at daycare the kids were all dressed up and ready to go the pumpkin patch but it rained and instead they got to go to chucky cheese. Let me tell you Matty loved it and has been asking to go back. After I got off work we headed over to the Cole's house to go trick or treating with them. We had a yummy dinner and enjoyed the evening of trick and treats with our friends!! Thanks guys we had a blast.

Back to the Pumpkin Patch

Tonight for Family Home Evening we headed back to the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins. Matty of course had to get in some rides. We picked out 4 pumpkins for our pumpkin family. It actually got cold tonight. He has been such a warm October. Matty had a hard time deciding on what pumpkin he wanted. He finally decided one he could carry. Matty with his pumpkin.

Pumpkin Patch

Tonight The Cole's came over and we went to the Pumpkin patch. We have been doing this together every year since the boys were born. So this year was no different. Matty and Mateo dressed up and off we went to pumpkin patch. We had a blast. And each year we have more and more fun. Matty and Mateo this year were tall enough to ride the rides and they both had grins on thier face the whole time. Abby and Mommy talking to each other.

Jace's Blessing

Today we left Long Beach and headed to Bakersfield for my brother Jared's newest little boy Jace blessing. We got the kids up early and drove to the chapel just in time to be there for Jace's blessing. Afterwards we went back to Jared's house for lunch. Marlo made a yummy lunch. Itlain must be the theme for this year becaue at Abby's blessing we had spaghetti and at Jace's we had lasagna. It was funny to see all the nieces and nephews and for Matty to get to play with all his cousins. Matty so happy to see Grandma and Grandpa too..

Day at Disneyland with Daddy

Disneyland has become Matty's favorite place in the whole world. He will wake up and ask to go to Disneyland. Even when we are driving he will say to me, "go to Disneyland Mama?" He is really getting into the rides. IT is funny how rides we think to be boring are the most exciting to this little 2 1/2 year old. Andy was off and so off we went to Disneyland for a fun filled day. Matty and Daddy driving the cars. I went with Mellissa and Tina a few weeks ago and discovered how much he loved this ride. So Andy took him on it this time and he laughed the whole time because Matty was grining from ear to ear the whole time.
I took Matty on the Casey Jr. train. I totally forgot about this ride until Matty pointed out the train. So off we went to the train. Let me tell you he was so happy. He is into trains right now and this was such a treat for him.

Matty is such a good big brother. He is always wanted to take pictures with Abby and making sure she is ok. Here are the two of them waiting for the Winnie the Pooh ride.

Abby is waiting for Matty to get of the Train ride. So she takes the time to wrap Daddy even more around her finger by giving him some cute little smiles.

Andy thought this was a funny backpack and had to try it on.
We had such a fun day. I wish we didn't have to work so much so we can spend more time together as a family. Whatever time we do get we try and make sure we are spending most of it together. Andy and I both love raising these two and look forward to the day we get to raise Drew.

Santa Barbara

Santa Barbara is one of my all time favorite places. Not only did I go to UCSB it is just a calm and relaxing place to be. Andy's best friend Mel is living there while he is stationed at UCSB for the Army. So not only do we get to go to my favorite place but we also get to spend time with Mel. So last night we decided to pack the kids up and and go visit Mel and take the kids to SB for the first time. We had such a great time there. Matty and Abby loved spending time with Uncle Mel. Matty had Mel running all over the place. He even got Uncle Mel to take him down to the water. And when they both came back they were wet. Matty wanted to go into the water. Thanks Mel for letting up stay with you and seeing the sights.

Abby is always smiling. She such a ham for the camera!

Matty got Mel to put him on his shoulders and was telling him to go go go Uncle Mel!!!
